or other kid function to plan?
We have the perfect solution for you!
Host your event at Marine Hills and as long as your party falls within the parameters of our
new Kid Party Policy -- only your swimming guests are charged the guest fee.
Supervising parents are welcome, fee free, at Marine Hills under the new policy...
so start sending out those invitations!
Kid Party Policy
This is first and foremost, a safety issue. To allow for even better supervision of young swimmers we welcome non-swimming parents, fee-free, under the Kid Party Policy. All other parties are subject to the existing guest fee policy. In addition to increased supervision of non-member swimmers, the KPPP allows for more exposure of the facility to potential members.
1. A Kid Party consists of a group of five or more non-member children age 14 and under.
2. In order to encourage supervision of young guests at the pool, only the guests who will be swimming will be charged guest fees. The party host is encouraged to invite the parents of their guests to help with supervision based on the age and swimming ability of the kids in the group. Guests are charged the standard individual rate as delineated in the Guest Policy or a 10-person punch card can be purchased by the host member. ALL swimming guests will be charged a guest fee and all guests must adhere to the Guest Policy.
3. At a Kid Party, a guardian is required for every two non-member guests under age 9.
4. All minor guests must have a signed medical release form.
5. The pool manager requires a week's notice to properly staff for a Kid Party.
6. Kid parties are limited to three hours. After three hours, all remaining guests will be required to pay the standard fee.
7. Members are responsible for their guests’ proper use of the facility.
8. Guests must adhere to pool rules and regulations.
This policy has been adopted to encourage Marine Hills members to hold their children's birthday parties, sports banquets, and other celebrations at the pool with safety as the number one priority.
