Big thanks to Jim Crone, Marine Hills resident, and the Tree Recyclers. Jim has been providing us with truckloads of wood chips to use as a mulch and ground cover to help keep new blackberry growth at bay around the tennis courts. With help from work party volunteers and the donated chips, the tennis court area is going to look pretty nifty.

We are installing a new boiler that is more than 90% efficient, and should cut our gas bill by a third. Utilities are our second largest expense, so this will lower our costs for many years to come.

We have kept membership fees the same this year, but increased the maintenance fee to $150.00. You can still work for 5 hours (2 1/2 for social) and receive a credit of your maintenance fees or refund.
