Planning a Party at Marine Hills Swim & Tennis Club

As a member of Marine Hills, you're welcome to host events at our beautiful facility! We offer several types of parties and rentals—each with specific guidelines. Review the options below to find the one that best fits your event.


Party Planning Checklist (All Parties)

To ensure a smooth and fun experience, please complete the following steps for any type of party:

  1. Reserve Your Date

  2. Pay the Damage Deposit

    • A $100 deposit is required to hold your reservation.

  3. Complete the Rental Information Sheet

    • This helps us plan staffing and logistics for your event.

  4. Collect Non-Member Waiver Forms

    • All non-member swimmers must sign a Non-Member Waiver (available the day of the party).

  5. Enjoy Your Party! 🎉

    • Have fun and help guests follow pool rules for a safe event.

  6. Wrap-Up

    • Before leaving:

      • Turn in your Rental Info Sheet and Waiver Forms

      • Pay any remaining fees

      • Clean up your area and ensure all guests have exited the facility

Rental Fees

Private Facility Rental  (During non-business hours)

  First 2 hours Additional hours
Up to 20 people (2 hour rental) $175.00 + tax $58.50/hour + tax
21-40 people (2 hour rental) $225.00 + tax $75.00/hour + tax
41-65 people (2 hour rental) $300.00 + tax $100.00/hour + tax
66-90 people (2 hour rental) $360.00 + tax $120.00/hour + tax
91-115 people (2 hour rental) $420.00 + tax $140.00/hour + tax
Damage Deposit $100.00  

Upper Deck Rental (During normal business hours)

Reservation Fee for First Two Hours (includes set up and take down) $100.00 + tax  
Reservation Fee (each additional hour) $50.00 + tax  
Additional lifeguard Fee (20+ swimmers, per hour) $30.00 + tax  

 

Note on Guest Fees:
Guest Fees apply to all Upper Deck Rentals, following our Guest Policy.
Guest Fees do not apply to Private Facility Rentals, as they are included in the rental price.

Rental & Party Policies

Upper Deck Rental

Enjoy exclusive use of the Upper Deck, including:

  • Picnic tables

  • Barbecue

  • Food prep counters

Details:

  • Includes 30 minutes for setup before and 30 minutes for cleanup after the scheduled rental time.

  • All guests must be accompanied by a member.

  • Please also review the Pool Party policy below, as it may apply to your rental.


Pool Party Guidelines

A Pool Party is defined as any gathering of 9 or more non-members and is subject to the following rules:

  • Maximum Duration: 3 hours

  • May be held during regular pool hours

  • Group consists of 5 or more non-member adults and/or children (age 14 and under)

  • Guest Fees apply only to those who will be swimming (see Guest Policy)

  • Parent/guardian supervision is strongly encouraged

    • One guardian is required for every two non-member guests under age 12

  • All minor guests must have a signed Non-Member Waiver Form on file (signed by parent/legal guardian)

  • Extra lifeguard fees apply when 5 or more guests are present


Private Facility Rental

For large events or exclusive gatherings, members may rent the entire facility.

Details:

  • Includes exclusive use of the pool and surrounding areas

  • Available:

    • 6–11 PM during preseason

    • After hours during the regular season

  • Only current members in good standing may reserve

  • Guest Fees are included in the rental price (no additional guest charges apply)
