Join the Marine Hills Swim Team!

Whether you're a new swimmer or an experienced athlete, we’d love to have you on our team!

🐠 Speedy Sixers Program

Marine Hills proudly offers a special group called the Speedy Sixers, designed for children ages 3 to 6. It’s a fantastic way to introduce young swimmers to team sports in a fun and supportive environment.

Eligibility Requirements

• Swimmers must be registered under a Fish & Tree Membership with the Marine Hills Swim & Tennis Club

• New swimmers must complete a tryout demonstrating the ability to swim 25 yards (one pool length) without stopping, touching the sides, or standing on the bottom

• Swimmers must be 19 years old or younger
  (Participants may continue through the summer after their high school graduation)

📝 Registration – Opens May 1, 2025
Please note: Swimmers may not enter the water until all dues (membership and swim team) are paid.

Swim team fees:

• 1st swimmer: $200

• 2nd swimmer: $175

• 3rd swimmer: $150

• 4th swimmer: $125

Graduating seniors will also have a $50 Senior Package fee, billed to their account on July 1.

📋 Also, please fill out Swimmer Info Form for each swimmer to provide:

• T-shirt size

• Buddy request (optional for ages 14 and under)

All swimmers in the 15+ age group will automatically be assigned a little buddy.

🏊‍♀️ Preseason Practices – Start May 27

Practices will be held Monday through Thursday:

• Beginners: 5:00–5:30 PM

• Intermediate & Advanced: 5:30–6:30 PM

👩‍🏫 Coaching Staff

We’re thrilled to welcome back Coach Munson for her third season at Marine Hills Pool!

She’ll be joined by:

• Brandon Lo, Assistant Coach

• Emma Calin, Assistant Coach

Coach Izzy will help during preseason before heading home for the summer. Brandon and Emma will join full-time once they return from college.

🧢 Team Captains

Returning captain Ryann Armstrong will be joined by Emma Anderson and Joseph Palomo.

We have one open male captain position, which will be voted on at Time Trials.

If your swimmer is male and in the senior age group, and would like to be considered, please text their name and photo to 253-347-7868.

⏱️ Time Trials – June 24

Time Trials will take place on Tuesday, June 24.

There will be no concessions that evening, but we will be hosting one of our popular restaurant takeover nights at Mod Pizza!

Bring your family, grab dinner, and head to Time Trials. A portion of proceeds will go to support our team—just make sure to mention Marine Hills when you order.

We can't wait to see everyone back at the pool and are looking forward to an amazing 2025 season!
